About ApplePickers
ApplePickers is a nonprofit organization located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The group was founded in 1980 by Macintosh enthusiasts for the purpose of helping fellow Mac users get more enjoyment and productivity from their Macintosh computers. Not only does ApplePickers help people learn about Macs, but we also assist in learning about all Apple products, including the iPod.
Meetings are open to members and non-members alike. Everyone is welcome, no matter what their level of computer expertise. We encourage everyone to get involved.
Are you a switcher or someone who has considered a Mac? Come to a meeting and find out how you can make the switch or to learn about your new purchase. We can assist you in transfering files from Windows as well as providing information about software applications that run on Macs.
